Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy:

  1. Eligibility: Customers who have purchased products directly from our company are eligible for an RMA. Products purchased from third-party sellers or retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
  2. RMA Request: Customers must request an RMA by contacting our customer service team within 30 days of the original purchase date. The customer must provide the following information: product name, order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
  3. RMA Approval: Our customer service team will review the RMA request and determine whether the product is eligible for return. If approved, the customer will receive an RMA number and instructions for returning the product.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our company using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
  5. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Any damage or signs of wear and tear may result in the RMA being denied.
  6. Refund or Replacement: Once the returned product is received and inspected, our customer service team will determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Replacements will be shipped to the customer within 3-5 business days.
  7. Non-Returnable Items: Some products may be non-returnable, including but not limited to products that have been customized or modified specifically for the customer's order.
  8. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged for returned products that are not in their original condition, packaging, or missing parts.
  9. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged and protected during shipping to avoid any damage during transit.
  10. Warranty: Any product defects or issues covered by our warranty policy will be addressed separately from the RMA policy.

By requesting an RMA, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Warranty 

  1. Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship of the product purchased from the date of purchase. Please contact us for more information.  
  2. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must notify the seller or manufacturer within the warranty period. The purchaser must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. The seller or manufacturer will determine if the defect is covered under warranty and may require the purchaser to return the product for inspection.
  3. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or natural disasters. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
  4. Remedies: If a covered defect is confirmed by the seller or manufacturer, the remedy will be, at the seller or manufacturer's discretion, either repair or replacement of the defective product. The seller or manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value if the product is no longer available.
  5. Limitation of Liability: The seller or manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product. This warranty is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
  6. Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state/province/country in which the product was purchased.
  7. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Shipping

  1. Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped through the selected shipping method chosen by the customer at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
  2. Delivery Address: The customer is responsible for providing a valid delivery address at checkout. We will not be held responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be added to the total cost of the order at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying all applicable shipping charges.
  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. We will not be held responsible for any delays due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.
  5. Return Policy: If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges.
  6. Damaged Items: If the customer receives a damaged item, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and/or packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
  7. Lost Items: If the customer does not receive their order within the estimated delivery time, they must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the status of the shipment and provide a replacement or refund if the item is deemed lost.
  8. Limitation of Liability: We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from the use of our products or services.

By using our shipping services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

  1. Order Processing: If a product is on backorder, our customer service team will notify the customer of the estimated lead time for the product to be back in stock. The customer may choose to wait for the product to become available or cancel the order.
  2. Order Fulfillment: Once the product is back in stock, our customer service team will notify the customer and fulfill the order as soon as possible.
  3. Cancellation: The customer may cancel a backordered product at any time prior to the product being shipped. If the product has already been shipped, the customer may return the product according to our standard return policy.
  4. Product Availability: We strive to keep accurate inventory levels, but occasionally we may experience unexpected demand or supply chain disruptions that result in a product being on backorder. In such cases, we will provide the customer with an estimated lead time for the product to become available.
  5. Payment: The customer's payment method will not be charged until the product is back in stock and ready to be shipped.
  6. Shipping: Once the product is back in stock and ready to be shipped, our customer service team will provide the customer with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
  7. Non-Backorderable Items: Some products may not be available for backorder due to limited availability or other factors. In such cases, the customer will be notified that the product is not available for backorder.
  8. Changes to Backorder Policy: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.

By placing an order for a product on backorder, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
